«They will not stop me»

She was born on 12th july 1997 in Pakistan, in a Muslim family. They were very poor and she was born at home with the help of neighbours.
She was educated by her father, who is a poet and school owner.
She is an activist for the right to education, especially female education.
At the age of 15, when she was going in the bus after leaving school, she was shot in the face by a Taliban. Her father thought she was going to die and prepared her funeral.
Now, she lives in Birmingham, she´s 22 years old and is a blogger, activist and a student.
She wears a hijab on her head.
She has received many awards and honors, the most popular is the Nobel Peace Prize.

The Malala Fund has announced that it will be partnering with Save the Children to help vulnerable Syrian and Jordanian children return to education. Malala Yousafzai is in Jordan with her father Ziauddin Yousafzai and the CEO of the Malala Fund, Shiza Shahid to raise awareness about the plight of Syrian children. Speaking in Zaâatari, Jordan, earlier today Malala emphasized the need for children to return to education. âWe are launching two education projects with Save the Children that are examples of solutions that work in an emergency context,â Malala said. âAll children must be in school. They must not become casualties of this war. The world community must step up to protect children and ensure that they have a future. There cannot be a lost generation.â
